Refunds and exchange policy
Thank You for shopping with X Sight Archery. We want you to be happy with your purchase and your shopping experience with us. We understand and appreciate that sometimes there may be a reason that you need to return a product.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it to us unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
UK Customers
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The Consumer Contracts Regulations places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability. X Sight Archery will refund you within 30 days the value of the original order (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).

We will then advise you of the best way to return the items.
International Customers:
Please note that it will be your responsibility to cover postage costs both ways for any returned product from outside the UK, if we are at fault we will make every effort to assist with compensation of the return postage cost.
