When ordering directly through xsightarchery.com please ensure all mandatory fields are completed to ensure a successful order. Payment can be made by credit or debit card by quoting your card number, expiry date & 3 Numbers on back of card (for any reason please do not give card details by email as this is not secure). Payment can also be made by PayPal. Should you experience any problems placing an order please email sales@xsightarchery.com. Should we be notified of an issue with your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

Delivery of Orders:
Various delivery options for your order are available at check-out and we will always try to provide a fast and efficient service and turn around orders as quickly as we possibly can. During busy periods or during times when we are away enjoying a well earned rest this may be a bit slower than we normal like to achieve. In these circumstances we will always let you know via email or by publishing a message on xsightarchery.com. Of course if you need your glasses by a particular date please let us know before placing your order, and we will do our utmost to meet this.

Despatch Methods:
Dispatch methods vary from country to country, in the UK we offer Royal Mail, as well as next day delivery by courier. For other countries Royal Mail is also an option as well as delivery by recognised courier companies e.g. DPD, UPS etc. X sight archery reserves the right to send the purchase by what they think is the best method unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Delivery timeframes stated are indicative and not guaranteed and are outside the control of X Sight Archery.

X Sight Archery are not responsible for the postage option that the buyer chooses. Please choose the delivery option which you think will work best for your location.
All our delivery services offer tracking, however if you choose our economy ‘Royal Mail’ service, tracking details will not be provided automatically. Please email sales@xsightarchery.com if you have a tracking related query, and we will do our best to inform you of the tracking status.

Title to Ownership of Goods:
Ownership of goods purchased does not pass to the customer until the goods are paid for in full.

Our Guarantee and Returns Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately by contacting sales@xsightarchery.com within 14 days of receipt and we will do our best to assist you.

Postage Costs:
By purchasing through xsightarchery.com, our online shop will automatically work out the postage cost for the majority of destinations. Where this is not the case and your delivery destination is not available please contact us by emailing sales@xsightarchery.com and we always try to find the best shipping method for you taking into account, (i). Value for Money (ii). Reliability (iii) Availablity of shipping options and (iv) .Speed.

Pricing and Export Delivery Costs:
Unless otherwise stated all prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP/£) and are correct at the time of purchase. All prices quoted exclude any local taxes and/or import duty levied by the local authorities which are the responsibility of the buyer.
